Where would we be without our volunteers? We would have unanswered phones, dirty dishes, boring parties, and an empty stage. We couldn't survive without them!
Volunteer Appreciation Night is our time to say, "thanks" for the hundreds of jobs our volunteers do throughout the year. Join us each August for an evening of food, fun and entertainment as we recognize the people who make it all happen. Volunteers are recognized in three categories:
- Good Egg awards are presented to those who made noteworthy contributions of time and effort in an administrative or committee capacity. The Center staff chooses these recipients.
- The Catherine M. Bellamy Performing Arts Volunteer of the Year award is presented to an outstanding volunteer for the performing arts department, whether through stage or back stage work. Members of the performing arts committee choose the winner.
- A volunteer who has given significant time and assistance to the Center is given the Margaret Spearman Volunteer of the Year award. The Art Krewe chooses the recipient of this prestigious award.
